This CoaXPress interface camera, equipped with a 1/1.8-inch global shutter SWIR sensor and 3.2 MP resolution, detects wavelengths from 400 nm to 1700 nm. It can capture both visible light and SWIR images with a single camera. The camera features external trigger support, ROI, defect pixel correction, and other essential functions for FA applications. It can differentiate materials, contents, contaminants, and even detect the presence and quantity of substances that are not visible under normal light due to differences in moisture absorption or light transmission.
It is ideal for various applications, including semiconductor and electronic board inspection, food inspection, agricultural product testing, pharmaceutical and tablet inspection, identification and classification, and process quality control.
