This CoaXPress interface camera, equipped with a 1/1.4-inch global shutter SWIR sensor and 5.2 MP resolution, detects wavelengths from 400 nm to 1700 nm. It can capture both visible light and SWIR images with a single camera. The camera features external trigger support, ROI, defect pixel correction, and other essential functions for FA applications. It can identify material and content differences, contaminants, and the presence or quantity of substances based on differences in moisture absorption and light transmission that cannot be detected under visible light.
It is suitable for various applications, including semiconductor and electronic board inspection, food inspection, agricultural product testing, pharmaceutical and tablet inspection, identification and classification, and process quality control.
