This SWIR camera detects wavelengths from 400 nm to 1700 nm and captures both visible light and SWIR images with a single device. Featuring a 1/2.8-inch global shutter sensor with 5.2 MP resolution, it supports essential FA functions such as external trigger, ROI, and defect pixel correction.
By adopting a USB 3.2 interface, the camera eliminates the need for a frame grabber, enabling image transmission, camera control, and power supply through a single USB cable. This allows for a simple and cost-effective image processing system.
It is suitable for various applications, including semiconductor and electronic board inspection, food inspection, agricultural product testing, pharmaceutical and tablet inspection, identification and classification, and process quality control.
